Walk Away the Pounds: Yoga Walk

Reason for watching: exercise
Opinion: This tape is a combination of a very brisk 1 mile walk and about 15 minutes of simple yoga. I haven't done this one in a while and felt the need to stretch so that's why I chose it. It can be done in under a half hour unlike a lot of other yoga tapes/dvds and it has an aerobic component to it.
