Reason for watching: exercise
Opinion: I worked up a sweat and my heart rate was raised but I can see this DVD getting very boring, very quickly. Routines are repeated and it's extremely basic-which is great for people new to exercise-but for me, who I think is on an intermediate or advance level (especially when it comes to walking), it's going to get boring.
Watch again?: probably
Recommend?: yes-to people new to exercise or have a lot of weight to lose.
