Opinion: I had caught a few of these episodes a few years ago and had been wanting to check out the whole series. Basically Dr. Michael Stone has created a scale from 1-22 of evil. Through extensive research, he ranks killers on this scale. These two episodes discuss: Ted Bundy, Gacy, Ed Gein, Arthur Shawcross and a few more killers.
